Training & Coaching & Team Leader User Group – Coaching Methodology

This month we are bringing the Training & Coaching and Team Leaders user group together for PART II. If you missed the last session, there will be a refresher at the beginning along with opportunity to discuss best practice with other team leaders and coaches.

Join us on Tuesday 28th June at 9am where our Team Leader and Training & Coaching User Group will be continuing the Coaching Methodology and Culture. Group Chair s Rachel Sparkes, Axa Team Leader, L&D Specialist, Emily Shaw and Emma Nesta, ICF Accredited Coach will host.

The business world continues to recognise the value of coaching, more & more corporates are turning to coaches for support.  This session will focus on; enabling effective & healthy communication at all levels of the organisation; development & change from the individual, leaders & team; and how this can apply to all parts of our lives.
