Team Leaders User Group

• This month’s  User Group is set to be a great one, where we are taking a ‘deep dive’ into Health and Wellbeing from many perspectives to include;
  • Your Company – what initiatives are you doing to promote and nurtureH&WB within your teams, developing a culture that is meaningful.
  • Your Teams – How do you make sure your teams are fighting fit? Understanding you are not medical experts
  • You! – The importance of being a role model – What are you doing to make sure you are at the top of your game!

   

  To help us with this session, we have the pleasure of welcoming Zoe Bell – Lead Researcher –  Liverpool John Moores University to join us. Zoe  is passionate about this subject matter, currently in the midst of conducting a big piece of research linked to Health & Wellbeing in UK Contact Centres. The key objective of her work is understanding what we need to do for our teams, and personally, to ensure we are fit and performing to the best of our healthy ability.
