Planning Personnel, this month is a time for celebration and reflection especially after the last 12-24 months and the challenges the WFM teams have experienced up and down the country. Although it is the team leaders and management that are directly dealing with the day to day challenges that have been presented to them regarding sickness / mental health / attrition etc it is our teams that have to scoop up all these pieces and make a formed jigsaw and maintain a functional call centre.

During the session we will be splitting into 3 components using breakout rooms to discuss the following:

1. What have been the most significant / top 3 challenges to your team during 2022 and how have you overcome them?
2. What has been your top success that you are most proud of either individually or by your team in 2022?
3. What are you currently looking at / thinking about in Q4 22 for implementation from 2023 and beyond?

Other opportunities for discussion; shrinkage and the ongoing challenges to predict and forecast the costly element of your business. In particular the non-common elements of this that relate to mental health and fall outside of the standard sickness 1-5 tummy bug etc. We can discuss how we tackle this and importantly monitor both from implementation and calculating its usage. We will also consider how these paid hours are prescribed within the business and the ROI presented.
