2019 Salary & Benefits

Red Contact Centres, in associaon with the South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF), are delighted to invite you, or any of your colleagues, to attend this year’s Salary and Benefits Roundtable Seminars.

During this session you will enjoy productive conversation with your contact centre neighbours, discussing salaries, benefits and the retention tools of the moment. We will also discuss expected trends for the year ahead, facilitated by Katy Forsyth, Director of Red Recruitment, and Jane Thomas, Director of the SWCCF. The data shared will be used to collate the 2019 Salary and Benefits Report which will be available to you on September 26th at the SWCCF or thereafter.
