SWCCF Training

The SWCCF delivers exceptional training solutions delivered by its  experienced contact centre and customer service expert Trainers who themselves are or have been a part of the industry which in turn means they fully understand the demands and needs on which  they train.

Training courses are delivered through a mix of open courses and training programmes in venues throughout the South West. These can also be developed to reflect specific bespoke operational needs delivered on-site.
