‘A contact centre recruitment update for 2022 – How contact centres are setting themselves up for success in attraction, recruitment and retention’.

An opportunity to meet like-minded Recruitment and HR professionals from within the contact centre industry in the south west and northern regions.  This will be a virtual discussion and debate, chaired by Katy Forsyth, MD of Red Contact Centres.  The session will give you the opportunity to hear about fellow industry peers’ experiences, initiatives and will give plenty of examples of current best practice and thinking.
