By Jane Thomas, MD, South West Contact Centre Forum

What a busy year 2014 was for the whole of the South West Contact Centre Forum!

We welcomed new members, enhanced both our forum meetings and groups and hosted a number of brand new events.

And we're delighted to announce new dates for our 2015 QF meetings plus a brand new event to get the New Year underway – Planning Challenges 2015: People & Workforce Analytics.

On behalf of the whole team, I would like to thank our members, supporters, colleagues and friends for your continued support and to wish you a very happy prosperous New Year.

SWCCF Quarterly Forum – 18th September 2014

After a fantastic evening recognising the best contact centres across the South West region at our awards back in July, we’ve decided to extend this celebratory period and use our September Forum as a showcase for learning.
Winner of The Best Contact Centre of the Year - Screwfix, along with Motability Operations, Imperial Tobacco, LV, Curo and Capita Life and Pensions who all picked up awards, will take part in an entire morning of best practise presentations, giving us exclusive insight into their areas of expertise.

This is a one of a kind forum and will be a great opportunity to ask questions, participate in discussion and take back some great ideas that can benefit your own centres. I also look forward to seeing the well-deserved winner’s having five more minutes of stardom as they explain to us exactly what they do best!
It’s certainly going to be a morning packed with invaluable information, one not to be missed.

The full agenda for this forum along with how to book places is available here.
