Wednesday 2nd May 

Contact Centre Manager of the Year; People Engagement; Customer Engagement; People Development

Thursday 3rd May 

Support Team of the Year; Performance & Quality; Best Use of Technology; Business Improvement Strategy

Tuesday 1st May 2018 - times tbc

INHOUSE CONTACT CENTRE OF THE YEAR
Wednesday 2nd May, Wednesday 16th, Thursday 17th and Friday 18th May - day and times tbc

Finalists will be informed via email by Tuesday 17th April if they have reached the 2nd stage of judging which will be via 15-20 minute panel interview. The venue will be confirmed in the email.
