How to Enter

  1. Read the Supplier Categories to select the awards you would like to enter.

  2. Read the criteria carefully – check for any specific questions to be answered in your entry and make sure you address each element in your response.

  3. All entries must be accompanied by an entry form - download the Entry Form 

  4. All entries must:
    describe the project being nominated
    answer the 4 questions listed below
    conclude with a client endorsement (the client must be based in Wales or the South West of England)
     

  5. All entries must answer the following questions:
    1. What is the key differentiator in your service provision verses others who offer the same or similar service provision to the contact centre industry in Wales and or the South West?
    2. How do you support the client through the change required, both culturally and in the delivery of their future service provision?
    3. How is your company embracing the future needs of the contact centre industry In Wales and the South West?
    4. Why should your entry win this award?

  6. Please read the Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are eligible and meet the entry requirements.

  7. Entries are free and unlimited.

  8. Remember to submit before the deadline – Friday 18 March 2016.

  9. Entries will be judged in one round by an independent group of industry experts.

  10. The shortlist will be confirmed by Friday 25 March 2016.

  11. The winners will be revealed a fantastic lunchtime awards ceremony to be held at the 5* Celtic Manor on Friday 6 May 2016.
