About Us

The South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF) is an industry-led initiative which supports the call and contact centre industry in the South West.

Established in 2008, the SWCCF covers one of the largest regions in the UK, which includes Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham and Plymouth. The Forum delivers extensive support to the region's 250 employers who collectively employ circa 52,000 people in both the Public and Private sector. It represents clients in the highly professional and regulated areas of financial and legal services, ICT, retail, utilities and creative sectors, and boasts some of the biggest companies in the UK.

Brands such as Dyson, EE, RAC, LV=, Nationwide, Motability Operations, UCAS and EDF Energy are based in the South West thanks to their contact centre operations.

Such operations provide an attractive and rewarding career path for the region's talent. Employment opportunities range from entry level skills, suitable for those otherwise at risk of exclusion, right up to graduate posts and senior management roles. The Forum has played a key role in facilitating recruitment and training at all levels. This includes schemes to help the long-term unemployed or disadvantaged groups to access jobs and training and relationships brokered between businessess and universities.

Through membership of the SWCCF you will gain:

A range of membership packages are available to both contact centres and associates or suppliers as required.
